Hi friends, This is a featured video about how I won a consumer rights cases against a leading international brand. In this video I will guide you being a consumer how to protect your consumer rights and also share my experience with you. I bought a camera in 10th June 2018 and on 18th of June 2018, 8 days after purchase the camera stopped working and the service centre denied servicing the camera under warranty. The camera came with 2 year comprehensive warranty but it seemed to be hoax. As a consumer I felt cheated by the brand and I filed a complaint in the consumer forum against the so called king of camera and won the case and the verdict of the honourable court is with me right now and the bank draft has been collected and the amount of the bank draft already credited to my bank account as per the verdict of the court. The consumer forum gave a verdict that the brand has to refund the amount of the camera with litigation charges and compensation and the same has been complied by the Brand in question.
